The Villas & Estates at Fair Oaks sits on 34.5 acres surrounding Fair Oaks Championship golf Course. We offer two different products and build custom homes to meet whatever needs the customer may desire.

The Villas at Fair Oaks is a maintenance free community and offers 5 different floor plans that are attractive and very affordable. It’s the only adult community in Fayette County and the homeowners have no responsibilities outside of their home. The Association provides all services from lawn and landscape maintenance to painting outside, when needed. This lifestyle allows homeowners the luxury of a “Lock it and Leave It”. The Estates at Fair Oaks is a single family development with 25 of the 33 lots sitting right on the golf course. These lots range in size from ¼ to ½ acre.
